Hobhouse, 1817; a letterbook, ca. 1818-1831, of Andrew Leitch and a scrapbook, 1886 of Maude M. Waddell; and printed genealogical charts. The collection also contains an incomplete plat, n.d., for Carter and adjacent Mazzei property.
