Papers of Smith Simpson [manuscript], 1918-1991.

The collection contains Christmas letters from the Simpsons; scrapbooks of Simpson's diplomatic activities, 1931-1991, and published writings, 1918-1991; minutes and other papers,1969-1990, of the Committee for the Study of Diplomacy which Simpson chaired; and a transcript of an oral history interview with Simpson conducted by the Association for Diplomatic Studies' Foreign Affairs Oral History Program conducted by Charles Stuart Kennedy and John J. Crowley. There is also a copy of the "Report of the committee on the textile industry in the United States of America."
