Oliver Ellsworth letters, 1776-circa 1800.

Two handwritten manuscript letters. Letter to William Vans Murry, April 20th circa 1800, describes his idea of selecting jurists for his board of Commissioners. Letter fragment dated Oct. 26, 1776 is about a bill from Dr. Philip Turner about payment of hospital services for the troops.
