Mary Marguerite Kane scrapbook, 1915-1979 (bulk 1915-1919)

This scrapbook created by Mary Marguerite Kane contains photographs, clippings, notes, schedules, programs, and other memorabilia from Kane's time as a Penn State student and as an alumna. Subjects include social events such as dances and trips, campus buildings, the 1919 commencement ceremony, the dedication of the Home Economics Building in 1932, the 1955 Centennial, and her 60th reunion in 1979.

Mary Marguerite Kane was from Howard, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Penn State College in 1919 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics. She later married Jason B.
