F. Jeffrey letter to My dear Malthus, between 1805 and 1834?

Jeffrey writes to My dear [Thomas Robert] Malthus, Saturday, 9th [month and year not given], arranging to have mail forwarded and discussing plans. The letter is written on an integral envelope addressed to Malthus at E.I. College [East India College], near Hertford. Malthus taught at East India College, from 1805 until his death in 1834.--Cf.
