Manuscript on paper; 406 leaves of which leaves 1-136 are missing; 10 lines to the page, with Byzantine musical notes above each line; rubricated. The text ends in the middle of a hymn by Gregory the protothyte. Bound in wooden boards covered with brown blindstamped calf, with two clasps. Inside both covers are sundry manuscript notes in Greek, in hands of the 18th and 19th centuries.
