Include materials on the Southern Union Staff Institute (1966); Youth Employment Program (1965); Chicago Area Plan on Workers' Mental Health; evaluation of residential study institutes held at various universities; NILE conference on planning adult education opportunities for labor (1968); preretirement education; mental health programs for labor and low income groups; labor and the problems of urbanization; non-residential study institute on liberal studies programs; human relations education within labor organizations; government-labor cooperative program for health care; and structural unemployment and the human factor. Also, reports of the executive director to the Board of Directors (1962-1966) and a looseleaf binder of memoranda and proposals of NILE for grants for research and training projects.
