The correspondence in this collection chiefly deals with securing the appropriation for the Agricultural Engineering Building on the St. Paul campus of the University of Minnesota. Also included are reports and meeting minutes pertaining to the same project, which incidently list the courses offered by the department, the number of students taking each course, and other details used in the documents supporting the appropriation request.
