Estimation of the value of grain in the fields of Castiglione della Pescaia, dated Sept. 10, 1496, connection with litigation between Andrea di Nanni Todeschini Piccolomini (written Andrea Picholomineus in this manuscript) and Iacopo IV Appiani, signore of Piombino (northwest of Castiglione della Pescaia, along the Tuscan coast, written Plimbino and Plunbino in this manuscript). The estimate was made by two arbitrators, one chosen by each party.
