Ledgers of the Montreal Veterinary clinic of McEachran, Baker and McEachran, 1887-1929. 1887- 1929.

Duncan McEachran accompanied his fellow classmate at the Dick Veterinary College in Edinburgh, Andrew Smith, to Canada where he taught for three months at the Ontario Veterinary College established by Dr. Smith, then known as the Upper Canada Veterinary School. Later McEachran went to Montreal to found the Montreal Veterinary College where he also established a practice. Malcolm Baker was a student who became a partner as did McEachran's half brother, another graduate of M.V.C.
