Notes handwritten by an unnamed person concerning the formation of a board to handle the debts of the Prince of Wales. Sections of the notes are dated 20, 24, and 25 Feb. 1795. In the notes, the Prince of Wales, via messages through Mr. [Thomas] Tyrwhitt, the Prince's private secretary, deemed it expedient to nominate Mr. [John] Crewe, Mr. [William Henry] Lambton, Mr. [Garthland?] McDowall, Sir Richard Heron, and the unnamed person to the Board. The Board was to examine and regulate the Prince's affairs, ascertain his debts, and devise the best plan for liquidating them.
