John Lubbock letter to Sir, between 1860 and 1913?

Lubbock writes to Sir (H.W. Smith, a bookseller) on 27 July, year not given, saying that he is sending a check. The letter was sent from 15 Lombard St. The letter was probably sent between 1860 and 1913 because 15 Lombard St. was the home of the bank of Robarts, Lubbock & Co. during this time (Cf. Coutts WWW page, May 19, 2005).
