28 designs of stage scenery from various theatrical productions over a 30-year period (including a set executed as Baldwin's M.F.A. thesis project at Yale University), and 17 costume designs for men, women and groups of various time periods. The scenery designs have been professionally matted. A CD-ROM with all the designs is included, as are a portrait photograph of Baldwin and a vita.

Robert A. Baldwin was born in 1930 in Bridgeport, Conn. He received a bachelor of arts degree in English and fine arts from Oberlin College in 1952, and a master of fine arts degree, concentrating in scene, costume and lighting design, from Yale University in 1955. He worked for Vanderbilt University from 1957 to retirement in 1995, holding many faculty and administrative titles and retiring as Professor of Fine Arts Emeritus and Professor of Theater Emeritus.
