Bound manuscript notebooks containing an English translation of Giovanni Paisiello's opera, "Le Gare Generose," which was performed at part of the University of Virginia Bicentennial celebration at the annual meeting of the Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies. It was staged under its English title "Slaves of Love."
