Letter written by Oshkosh, Wis. native Jacobs, who was a civilian prisoner of war (civilian internee) at Bilibid prison in the Philippines, written to his former teacher, Miss Bradbury, providing an extremely detailed description of life in a prison camp and the liberation of the Japanese-run prison camp.
