Oral history interview and collection, 2002.

The Ruth C. Perry collection consists of an audiocassette and transcript of an oral history interview conducted between Perry and Daardi Sizemore in 2002. Perry served in the Army Air Corps during World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. She tells detailed stories of her time in the service. She talks about the people she met the jobs she had and her steps through the ranks. Perry retired after 20 of service as Tech Sergeant, E-6. This oral history interview was conducted as part of the South Central Minnesota Veterans History Project conducted by the Southern Minnesota Historical Center at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
