The Sigma Xi collection contains mostly correspondence along with minutes, reports, founding information, and program materials. Also included are photographs of guest lecturers. Materials are arranged chronologically. Founded in 1886, Sigma Xi is a national research and scientific honor society for scientists and engineers. This collection concerns the local group at Gustavus Adolphus College. Additional materials will be added to the collection when acquired.
