Resolution based on a report of the Board of Treasury after receipt of a letter from Virginia Commissioner Andrew Dunscomb to the Governor (Edmund Randolph) concerning the federal assumption of state debts as passed by Congress on May 7. A resolution that each state be allowed three additional months to produce their accounts against the United States, and that each state be authorized to produce vouchers or other testimony to support their claims. Docketed for filing in another hand.
