Manuscript fragment with musical notations for the purpose of chanting at church festivals (fols. 4r-33v). Folios 1r-2v consist of two folios torn from an earlier manuscript used as two flyleaves, containing a fragment of Acts 9. Folios 3r-v, 34r-v, 35r-v are blank.
