[Organized Labor Awards Banquet Committee records] 1969-2003.

The records, 1969-2003, consist mainly of correspondence between the Organized Labor Awards Banquet Committee and Atlanta area labor leaders, national political leaders, and union officials. The bulk of the collection is from the 1990s. Also contained in the collection are annual banquet programs, various dates 1969-2003, giving short biographies of annual award winners. The collection contains information on the George Meany College Degree Scholarship Program. Also included are photographs from banquets, and video tapes, including one of a speech by Secretary of Labor Robert Reich to the OLWCC Friends of Labor.

In 1968, the Workmen's Circle joined the the Atlanta trade union leaders to create the Organized Labor and Workmen's Circle Banquet Committee.
