Collection of 27 typographic posters issued by the Comité Provincial de Madrid del Partido Comunista de España. Some of the posters appear to have been issued by the Comisión Femenina or the Comisión de Agit.-Prop. Several posters honor the Soviet Union, others express anti-fascist ideas and encouragement of worker unity. Several posters include calls for volunteers in the anti-fascist effort. One poster commemorates the twelfth anniversary of the death of Pablo Iglesias. Another refers to the recent victory at Teruel.
