Margaret Waller Freeman Cabell (1893-1983) was an interior decorator, founding editor of The Reviewer, and supporter of the arts. Richmond author James Branch Cabell (1879-1958) is best known for his controversial book, Jurgen (1919), a fantasy set in Cabell's mythical medieval world of Poictesme (pronounced Pwa-tem).
