Copy of letter from Philip IV, King of Spain to Count Olivares, 1623 [manuscript], 1624?

Contemporary English copy. Philip IV indicates that his father, Philip III, had declared at his death that his intention was never to marry Doña Maria to the Prince of Wales (later Charles I), but notwithstanding is now so far advanced, "it is tyme to seeke somme meanes to divert the treatie." Endorsed "Copie. L[ett]re of the K. of Spain to the Conte of Olivares, 1623, as it was presented in the Parliament of Ingland, 1624."
