Includes information pertaining to the dedication of James T. Penney Reading Room in USC Biology Department, James T. Penney Award, James T. Penney Lecture series, and published articles signed by Roberta Lovelace and Frederick W. Harrison and others who continued Penney's research; also includes 1964 USC Air Force ROTC annual dedicated to Penney, including photos and activities of USC-AFROTC students for 1963-1964.
