A historical chronicle of John I of Portugal by Fernão Lopes, court chronicler and the keeper of the Royal archives at the Torre do Tombo. The Chronica del Rey D. Ioam I. de boa memoria e dos reyes de Portugal o decimo (cf. Brunet III, 1162; Silva II, 159) was first printed in Lisbon in 1644. This manuscript contains the two parts into which the work is often divided.
