Album containing 56 carte de visite portraits of members of the Harvard College Class of 1863, as well as their spouses, friends, and family. Subjects include John Collins Warren, Charles P. Bowditch, and Charles Emerson, among many others. The photographs were taken between 1860-1863 by George Kendall Warren of Cambridgeport, Mass. and Black & Batchelder, James Wallace Black, and John Adams Whipple of Boston, Mass., among others. All of the photographs are identified in the album by inscriptions in an unknown hand.

George K. Warren (1834-1884) was an American photographer active in Massachusetts in the second half of the 19th century. He was based in Lowell, Massachusetts from 1850 to 1870 and moved to Boston in 1870, where he worked until his death in 1884.
