Abraham Coles letters to E.C. Stedman, 1874-1886.

The collection consists of three letters to E.C. Stedman: 20 Oct. 1874, inviting him to take a carriage tour of Scotch Plains [N.J.] to look at leaves; 4 Nov. 1886, thanking Stedman for a copy of his book Poets of America, with a few observations on the content; 29 Jan. 1886, granting a request for a verse, including the poem, Advent hymn.
