Includes special continuing subjects (1955- ) such as Personnel Council, Great Lakes Compact, Great Lakes Commission, court case of Obrecht et al. v. National Gypsum Company, submerged lands, and the like.

The 1925 Clark-McNary Act expanded the provisions of 1911 Federal legislation creating the National Forest System (Weeks Law).
