Consists mainly of muster rolls, ordnance and store reports, descriptive roll and account for pay and clothing reports, recruit reports and special and general orders for Company F. There are a number of letters to soldiers serving in the 21st, some of whom had died, from their family or friends. No personal letters to Blackburn.
