Series 158 of record group 58-17 consists of a plan of Cass River and Wild Fowl Bay State Road as surveyed by Mercer and Dunbar, and originally collected by the Michigan Lands Division. Includes the original survey drawn in 1866, with corrected line and notes added in red in 1870, changes made by the Board of Control, July 28, 1870. Documents the area of the forks of Cass River in Tuscola County north to Wild Fowl Bay in Huron County, showing vegetation and the locations of log and frame houses, barns and school houses. The map is 24 1/2" x 92" in size.
