Three items that pertain to Enos and Wife versus Buckley in a dispute over land ownership. Several papers used as bookmarks with notes pertaining to cases. A Justice of the Peace card for John S. Condell that gives his rates, with the cheapest being an oath for five cents and the costliest being obtaining a lien on realty or a certificate on estrays for one dollar.
