Responding to points in his most recent letter, noting that the periodical "Theater" has published a biography of the child actress Minnie Terry, including a "photo which I had before." Mentioning that he is dining with Samuel at "a Polis Pot au Feu in Sherwood Street, Glasshouse St., Soho," and referencing "a little Polis demoiselle" (Adelaide Foltinowicz) "whom it is a pleasure to sit & look at." Briefly discussing horse races and the theater, referencing their work on the collaborative novel "Felix Martyr," and noting that he is working on "a little study of the over critical man and an amourette" (The Story of a Violin).
