Primarily consists of brochures and other collateral literature for Marine Corps recruiting ([1970s]-2000), as well as scripts of radio and TV commercials ([1960s]). Radio scripts include those for the program "Spectrum USA" ([ca. 1964]), which included a series featuring major U.S. colleges and universities (Duke University among them). Also includes print ads; several PSA photoboards; a Thompson Total Branding plan for the USMC; and one VHS videocassette. Acquired as part of the John W. Hartman Center for Sales, Advertising & Marketing History. (02-189).
