The Judge Robert B. Morton collection extends from 1942 through 1970, and the majority of the materials in the collection concerns Morton's activities on the University of Wichita Board of Regents and as special counsel for the City of Wichita. Of particular interest in this collection are the materials concerning the integration of the University of Wichita into the Kansas state system and the materials concerning the development of the Cheney Division Wichita Water Project.
