Letters (with transcriptions) written by President Grover Cleveland to Mass. Gov. William E. Russell, 1889-92. Letters were sent while Cleveland was working in a law firm in New York and vacationing on Cape Cod and discuss politics, the Democratic Party, speeches, his house in Buzzards Bay, and family. Also includes letters written by Cleveland's wife Frances to William and his wife Margaret Manning Swan Russell, 1891-97.
