Contains photographs of the following military units: IX Corps; X Corps; 187th Airborne Regimental Combat Team; 212th Military Police Company; 1st Ordnance Company. General description of the collection: The Reuben E. Jenkins photograph collection consists mostly of photographs that deal with Jenkins' tour in Korea while commanding successively the IX and X Corps. There are visits from Dwight D. Eisenhower, Mark Clark, Henry Cabot Lodge, Billy Graham, and other ranking generals and civilians. There are also photos of Syngman Rhee and several Republic of Korea (ROK) Army units. The few photos from his earlier years deal with late WWII assignments. There are a few photos of his post retirement years. Basically this collection deals largely with one year of his life - 1953.
