Contains the following type of materials: photographs. Covers the following wars: Mexican Border Disturbance, World War I (WWI). General description of the collection: The Bruno J. Rolak photograph collection consists of an accumulation of photos acquired and donated by Professor Rolak. The subjects included are: Charles H. Grierson as a West Point cadet and as a 2nd lieutenant circa 1879 and 1885; miscellaneous scenes on the Mexican border, 1912-1916; 62miscellaneous uncaptioned photos in an album showing scenes with the American Expeditionary Forces (A.E.F.) in 1918-1919; visits to Fort Knox, Kentucky in 1943 and 1945 of President Roosevelt, the Brazilian Minister of War and the Czechoslovakian President; and a few portraits of Cocanougher family members, all in civilian clothes.
