Minutes of the Privy Council's reply to a Spanish Memorial concerning James Oglethorpe, 1737?

The Privy Council replies to a Spanish memorial concerning Georgia Governor Oglethorpe who was in Great Britain organizing the defense of the colony. The Spanish demanded in the memorial that neither Oglethorpe nor any fresh troops be allowed to go to Georgia. In the reply the King maintains his rights to Georgia and other territories claimed by Spain.
