Gerald A. Jayne was a computer programmer at the Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho Falls, Idaho and is considered to be one of the most famous conservation leaders in eastern Idaho. Jayne has been an active conservationist since the 1960s and was instrumental in many grassroots environmental causes.
