Donnelly photograph collection's main focus are photographs of the various high level conferences during WWII. Quebec conference 1944, Potsdam Conference 1945, Yalta Conference 1945, Malta Conference 1945, and Cairo Conference 1945 are represented. In these photos such dignitaries as Franklin D. Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, Joseph Stalin, Harry S. Truman, George C. Marshall, King Sand, Haile Selaseie, and prominent members of their staffs are seen. Some of the other areas of interest are four photos on the Mexican Border, 1916-1917; a photo of General John J. Pershing and his staff, 1917; Joint Chiefs of Staff personnel, 1943-1946; North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), 1949-1952; miscellaneous personalities both military and civilian; classes at the Command and General Staff College ca. 1941-1951; and 226 photographs of various cities and scenery throughout the world in the mid-20th century.
