[Letter] 1858 July 5 to [John Albert Broadus] / Tho. W. Roberts. 1858.

Declined an invitation from Broadus to speak for him at the Charlottesville [Va.] Baptist Church which Broadus pastored. Roberts knew that Broadus would be "out in the country in the interests of the Albemarle Female Institute, and invited him to speak in any of several protracted meetings upcoming in the several churches Roberts pastored.
