[Letter] 1857 Nov. 13, Charlottesville to [John Albert Broadus] / W.T. Early. 1857.

Early held a bond for part of the purchase price of the "Monticello House," which housed the [Albemarle?] Female Institute. Broadus was "one of the obligors," and Early needed the money by Dec. 1 in order to pay off obligations of his own.
