U.C.V. Reunion, Old State Capitol, Little Rock, May 16, 1911 [graphic]. 1911.

Banner states, "Headquarters, Lodging and Eating Committee" at Old State Capitol during the United Confederate Veterans Reunion, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas on May 16, 1911. The Committee made hotels and restaurants sign contracts that they would not raise their prices for the U.V.C. Reunion and post the prices in plain view. The businesses that signed contacts received a certificate of approval by the Committee to hang in their windows. A street car and car pass the Old State Capitol (now known as the Old State House) on Markham Street.
