Contains information pertaining to the following military unit and organization: Office of Strategic Services; Office of Strategic Services Detachment 101. General description of the collection: The Richard Dunlop papers include biographer's research notes for "Donovan, America's master spy" and a lesser amount of material for "Behind Japanese Lines" about the OSS in Burma. Also papers donated by John Shaheen and Oliver Milton about the OSS. Many references to General Donovan from secondary sources and photocopies of his letters, interview notes from Donovan's associates.
