Negative taken of title and heading at top of page, from the "Arkansas Weekly Mansion" published in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas on November 21, 1885. The "Arkansas Weekly Mansion" was an African American newspaper published in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas in the 1880s. Newspaper includes advertisement for Krist and Kramer Produce and Groceries at 900 and 902 Main Street in Little Rock and a letter from New Orleans.
