Charles Edward Bennett (b. Dec. 2, 1910, Canton, N.Y.-d. Sept. 6, 2003, Jacksonville, Fla.), lawyer, was a member of the Florida state house of representatives in 1941. He was elected as a Democrat to the Eighty-first and to the twenty-one succeeding Congresses, serving from January 3, 1949 to January 3, 1993. From the description of Bennett, Charles E.
