Circular letter received by the Ohio Executive Department announcing a meeting May 8, 1867 at the Astor House, New York, in response to the "failure of the late Congress to adopt any adequate measures for the promotion and improvement of our domestic industry" and to activities of the Free Trade League chich are counter to the true interests of American labor.
