In this interview, Nicholas Katzenbach discusses his working relationship with Dean Rusk during the administrations of Presidents Kennedy and Johnson. He speaks of Rusk's relationship with both presidents, Attorney General Robert Kennedy, Clark Clifford and others. He discusses Rusk's loyalty to both presidents and his diplomacy as Secretary of State, especially during the Vietnanmese Conflict years. He shares several anecdotes involving Dean Rusk and other cabinet members of both administrations.
