Terry R. Reynolds research files, 1979-1982.

The collection consists of Reynolds's research on the San Juan de Guadalupe Tiwa, of Tortugas and Las Cruces, New Mexico. Historians Diana Vari and Mary Taylor participated in the research project, which was supported by the Native American Rights Fund. The project was prompted by the Tiwa's efforts to obtain federal recognition. Included in the collection are correspondence, notes, clippings, writings, reports and guidelines, retained under their original folder headings.
