Markham is write to Rev. W.W. Scudder Jr. and refers to him as My Dear Brother. He tells the Rev. that he has reiceved articles from Dr. McLean "The Spirit of the Mam, Rev. R.M. Wedbster"Dr. Herron in the Southern California", Rev. J.E. Scott on the the misrepresentation of Dr. Brown, and the Elder M.J. Ferguson of San Francisco writes about the Attitude toward Prof. Heron. Markham was told that his course was printed in the Alameda paper and discusses it. The contributions have been warm, forming about our faithful brother.
